Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy governs all services purchased from Digitaly Grow LLC.
1. Service Cancellation Before Work Begins
Customers may request cancellation of a service before work has started. Upon approval, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and payment processing fees.
2. Cancellation After Project Commencement
Once work has commenced, the service cannot be cancelled for a full refund. Depending on the amount of work completed, Digitaly Grow LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial refund.
3. Subscription Services
For monthly services such as:
- SEO Packages
- Social Media Management
- Website Maintenance
- Hosting Services
- Marketing Retainers
Customers may cancel future renewals by providing at least 7 days prior written notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be provided for the current billing period once it has started.
4. Project Abandonment
If the client fails to respond, provide necessary materials, or communicate for more than 30 consecutive days, the project may be considered abandoned and may be terminated without any refund.
5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Services
RICH CHOICE MRT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or service due to:
- Fraudulent transactions
- Violation of laws or regulations
- Abusive behavior
- Non-cooperation from the client
- Failure to comply with agreed terms
