1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to RICH CHOICE MRT are generally non-refundable once the project or service has commenced. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Website Development
  • SEO Services
  • Social Media Marketing
  • PPC/Advertising Campaigns
  • Graphic Design Services
  • Content Creation
  • Software Development
  • Consulting Services
  • Subscription-Based Services

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

a) Duplicate Payment

If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

b) Service Not Started

If the customer cancels the service before any work has commenced, RICH CHOICE MRT may issue a refund after deducting applicable transaction or administrative fees.

b) c) Inability to Deliver Service

If RICH CHOICE MRT is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued if:

  • The project has already started.
  • The client changes their mind after payment.
  • Delay occurs due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
  • Marketing results do not meet subjective expectations.
  • Services have already been delivered partially or completely.
  • Subscription periods have already commenced.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days and credited to the original payment method used by the customer.

5. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact RICH CHOICE MRT first to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
